What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring for several key positions, each with its own exciting rhythm and responsibilities:
Hot Section Chefs:
- Craft a range of both classic and inventive hot dishes, focusing on flavor, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with the head chef to create daily specials using premium ingredients.
- Maintain high food safety and cleanliness standards—even when the dinner rush hits.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff during busy service periods.
Pastry & Dessert Chefs:
- Dream up and execute decadent pastries, desserts, and show-stopping plated sweets.
- Oversee inventory and ordering of specialty baking ingredients.
- Balance artistry with efficiency, especially for catered banquets and large parties.
Baristas:
- Prepare specialty coffees, teas, and signature beverages with precision and flair.
- Maintain spotless beverage stations and anticipate guest preferences for an elevated service experience.
- Suggest pairing options for desserts and drinks (bonus points for latte art).
Waiters / Waitresses:
- Guide guests through the menu with genuine enthusiasm and expert recommendations.
- Ensure every table feels cared for, from seating to signature desserts.
- Handle guest feedback with poise, always aiming to turn first-time visitors into regulars.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous formal experience in a high-end, busy restaurant or café (minimum 1 year).
- Professionalism, reliability, and genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication skills in English (multilingual is a real plus).
- Ability to work in dynamic, multicultural teams and stay cool under pressure.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in five-star hotel restaurants or Michelin-rated kitchens.
- Knowledge of the latest culinary trends or specialty drink creations.
- Extra certifications (food safety, barista courses, etc.).
