About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself thinking, “I could run this place better if I had the chance?” Here’s your opportunity. We’re searching for a Maintenance Supervisor who knows the ins and outs of keeping operations smooth and stress-free. This isn’t just another supervisory role—it’s your chance to bring your skills to one of Barsha, Dubai’s most trusted contracting companies, where your expertise will make a real, daily impact. If you’re ready to step up now (and you’re already in the UAE), we’d love to meet you.
About the Company
Think of us as the steady hands behind some of Barsha’s busiest buildings and projects. We may not always be in the spotlight, but we’re the ones making sure everything clicks—literally and figuratively. Our team thrives on collaboration, mutual respect, and a genuine “let’s get it done” attitude. A typical day might involve a quick coffee huddle before everyone gets moving—no bureaucracy, just real talk and real solutions. We’re growing fast but not losing that small-team energy, where your voice matters and good ideas get picked up quickly.

- Leading a diverse team of technicians and junior staff—coaching, guiding, and stepping in when needed
- Coordinating preventive maintenance schedules and urgent repair tasks, prioritizing efficiency and safety
- Conducting regular inspections, identifying potential issues before they escalate
- Liaising with property managers, suppliers, and clients to ensure work meets both standards and expectations
- Managing inventory of tools and materials, ensuring nothing goes missing or falls short
- Keeping detailed maintenance records and reporting on completed work and ongoing needs
- Maintaining a safety-first culture for your team and every project site you touch
