What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet customers with a smile and help them drop off or pick up their laundry
- Handle cash and electronic payments quickly and accurately—trust is vital in this role
- Answer the shop phone for inquiries, simple bookings, or the odd lost sock report
- Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming, even during busy hours
- Team up with the laundry crew when things get hectic (we all lend a hand)
- Track and label incoming/outgoing orders so nothing goes missing
- Communicate with management for daily updates or issue reporting
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid own visa (don’t worry, we’ll sort out the NOC)
- Ability to communicate in basic English and/or Arabic (you’ll be chatting with customers)
- Trustworthy and reliable—people count on our cashier to keep things running smoothly
- Willingness to work split shifts (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM and back again 4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight)
- Ready to join immediately
