What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with VVIP, governmental, and HNWI clients—serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
- Leading the planning, execution, and closure of complex, cross-border projects—often with tight timelines and demanding quality standards.
- Overseeing sensitive negotiations and ensuring all outcomes align with client expectations as well as firm goals.
- Troubleshooting project roadblocks with creative solutions and a steady hand.
- Coordinating interdepartmental efforts, sometimes across time zones, to drive operational excellence.
- Keeping a keen eye on industry trends that could inform our project approach or unlock new opportunities.
- Preparing detailed reports and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership and top-tier clients.
- Maintaining absolute discretion and professionalism at all times—no exceptions.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Significant experience (5+ years preferred) managing large-scale, high-profile projects or strategic accounts—ideally with exposure to international or governmental contexts.
- Impeccable communication and client-facing skills, with a knack for building trust in high-pressure situations.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen, plus an ethical approach to sensitive partnerships.
