What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, both in person and over the phone
- Support the marketing team with daily activities — from drafting emails to helping coordinate small campaigns
- Drive to client meetings or company sites across Ruwais and Abu Dhabi (company car provided, so don’t worry about your mileage)
- Gather and update customer data, ensuring our CRM is always accurate and helpful
- Help brainstorm and execute creative ways to boost our brand presence locally
- Prepare simple reports and presentations to keep the team in the loop
- Handle basic office tasks with a smile — printing, scanning, and making sure things run smoothly
- Bring your talkative and positive energy to every interaction, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
What You’ll Bring
