About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it takes to make brands light up in the city’s busiest hubs? As our new Marketing Manager, you won't just be building campaigns — you'll be orchestrating how companies are seen and remembered across Deira’s vibrant streets. This isn’t just another marketing role; it’s a chance to shape the digital landscape of Al Al Khabaisi, helping businesses captivate audiences with cutting-edge advertising screens right where the action happens.
About Us
We’re a passionate crew based in the heart of Salah Al Din Street, known for turning everyday city spaces into striking visual stories. That energy you feel when you pass by a dynamic digital display on your morning commute? That’s our work. Our team is fast-moving, collaborative, and driven by a love for out-of-the-box ideas—weekly brainstorms sometimes spill over into late-night shawarma runs. At our current phase of growth, every team member has a real say in where we go next and how we get there.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution for marketing our commercial advertising screens throughout the Deira region.
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, turning prospects into long-term clients.
- Tailor creative campaigns that stand out both on and beyond the screen — think digital, events, partnerships, and more.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights and reports that help refine our approach (and showcase your wins).
- Work closely with our installation and sales teams to ensure smooth project rollouts and a seamless client experience.
- Stay a step ahead of industry trends and competitors, suggesting new ideas that keep us at the top of our game.
- Guide and inspire junior team members — your know-how will help shape the next generation of marketing pros.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 3 years’ hands-on experience marketing digital screens, out-of-home media, or a highly related field.
- Excellent English communication skills — writing, speaking, and presenting with confidence.
- Strong understanding of what works in commercial B2B marketing, especially in the UAE market.
- Must hold a valid, transferable residency permit.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Arabic language skills (not required, but a bonus!).
- Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
- Creative flair — with a portfolio or examples to show it off.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped sales commission — your effort is always rewarded.
- Dynamic, friendly team based in an exciting city-center location (yes, the best local lunch spots are steps away).
- Opportunities to lead campaigns that are seen by thousands daily — your work becomes part of the city’s life.
- Regular professional development: from industry seminars to hands-on mentorship.
- Flexible approach to work-life balance; we value your time and your well-being.
- A workplace where fresh ideas don’t just “go up the chain”—they’re put into action.
If you want to see the results of your ideas lighting up the neighborhood (literally), and you thrive in an environment that moves as fast as the city around it, you’ll fit right in.
