What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily installation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on active construction sites.
- Supervising and coordinating the work of your crew — keeping morale high and standards even higher.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and schematics to ensure every detail is spot-on.
- Monitoring progress and quality, making real-time adjustments to keep things on schedule and within budget.
- Liaising with engineers, contractors, and site managers to resolve issues and keep the project moving forward.
- Conducting regular safety checks and ensuring all work complies with local codes and regulations.
- Training and mentoring junior team members — passing on your know-how and raising the bar for everyone.
- Reporting daily progress, challenges, and completed milestones to site management.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as an MEP Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within construction.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems — you know your pipes from your panels.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Leadership skills with a knack for motivating teams and resolving on-site challenges.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in every task.
- Willingness to work on-site in Al Dhahid.
