About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Thinking about your next move in the MEP world? As an MEP Site Engineer at Noqtat Al Nada Technical, you won’t just supervise — you'll have a direct hand in shaping some of Abu Dhabi’s vital developments. Based out of Mazyad Mall in MBZ City, this isn’t your average construction oversight gig. We’re seeking someone who wants to blend technical expertise with on-the-ground problem-solving, all in a dynamic environment where no two days are exactly alike.

About the Company

Noqtat Al Nada Technical has steadily built a reputation in Abu Dhabi’s construction landscape — not only for our technical know-how but also for the trust we foster within our teams. We blend a straightforward, “let’s solve this together” work culture with a passion for staying at the forefront of MEP solutions in our city. Collaboration is more than a buzzword for us; it’s in our DNA. If you like being involved in hands-on learning, and you don’t shy away from a bit of organized chaos now and then, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) site activities, making sure each task matches project specs and drawings.
  • Coordinating closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal team to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery.
  • Conducting regular inspections and quality checks — a keen eye for detail is your best tool, not just a line on your CV.
  • Reviewing and interpreting technical designs, and occasionally catching issues before anyone else spots them.
  • Monitoring site safety practices, and ensuring the team sticks to safety guidelines (because deadlines matter, but safety always comes first).
  • Preparing progress reports and documentation to keep all stakeholders in the loop — we like to keep surprises at bay.
  • Troubleshooting any on-site snags quickly and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing teamwork.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering — your formal training will help you hit the ground running.
  • At least 4 years’ experience working on MEP activities at active construction sites.
  • Strong understanding of project drawings, technical specs, and hands-on site management.
  • Clear, confident communication skills — in both reporting and team settings.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and practical site problem-solving.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working within the UAE or GCC construction environment.
  • Comfort with project management software or digital documentation tools.
  • Some knowledge in value engineering or cost-saving methods on technical projects.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, reviewed regularly — we value the work you do and want you to feel it.
  • Opportunities for ongoing professional development and on-site learning.
  • Supportive colleagues who aren’t just about the job — team lunches and Friday check-ins are part of our rhythm.
  • Convenient work location at Mazyad Mall, with plenty of amenities close by (because coffee runs are important!).
  • Emphasis on safety, career growth, and authentic team collaboration.

If you’re passionate about construction and ready to take charge of real, on-the-ground challenges alongside an energetic team, this could be the next big step in your career.
