About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, even when the day gets a little hectic? If your desk is a model of order and you thrive on balancing multiple priorities, you might just be the Office Admin we’re looking for in Oud Metha, Dubai. This isn’t just about filing paperwork or answering the phone — it’s a chance to become the go-to teammate who keeps our daily operations humming. Our office is growing, and the right person will make a noticeable impact from day one.
About the Company
Think of us as a close-knit team with a modern outlook — rooted in tradition, but open to new ways of working that make everyone’s lives easier. We value clear communication, a good bit of humor, and small wins (we celebrate birthdays, and “coffee mornings" are practically a department). We’re in that exciting in-between place: established enough to be stable, but nimble enough to pivot and let your voice be heard. If you appreciate an environment where your initiative is noticed and rewarded, you’ll feel right at home.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing day-to-day office documentation — from filing to digitizing, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Managing emails and fielding phone calls, serving as both a helpful resource and a first impression for visitors and clients
- Coordinating team schedules, appointments, and meetings — yes, you’ll become the calendar wizard everyone relies on
- Liaising with all departments to make sure requests, information, and tasks route smoothly and efficiently
- Supporting management with travel bookings, expense reports, and sometimes a quick “can you help with this?” task
- Ordering office supplies before we ever run low, and keeping the workplace organized and welcoming
- Pitching in on small projects or events — whether it’s an all-hands meeting or just sprucing up the break room
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in administration or office support, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook — you don’t shy away from a spreadsheet)
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken — you know how to get your point across
- Excellent organizational habits and a knack for multitasking without missing the details
- Friendly, approachable manner and the diplomacy to handle sensitive information
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with others
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and annual bonus opportunities
- Standard work hours with weekends off (so you can actually enjoy Dubai outside the office!)
- Supportive team atmosphere, with plenty of mentorship and room to grow
- Convenient Oud Metha location — easy commute and great lunch spots nearby
- On-the-job learning and the freedom to suggest better ways of working
- Occasional team lunches, plus a few surprises throughout the year
We’re eager to welcome someone who’s as passionate about organization as they are about people. If you’d rather be busy than bored — and you believe every office runs better with a strong admin at the helm — you just might have found your next great role.
