About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever found yourself at the heart of an office, making sure everything runs like clockwork? If you thrive in organized chaos and secretly love a well-labeled folder, you might be just the person we’re searching for. We’re hiring an Office Administrator in the bustling Business Bay district of Dubai — the sort of energetic professional who keeps things moving (and smiling) even on the busiest days. This is a chance to step into a role where your reliability and attention to detail truly take center stage.
About the Company
We’re a recruitment firm that’s as invested in our team as we are in connecting great people with great opportunities. Nestled in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay, our office is a friendly hub where no two days are quite the same. We’re proud of our inclusive culture — there’s a healthy respect for balance here, and yes, someone always remembers to bring cake for birthdays. As we grow together, you’ll find that your voice gets heard and your ideas genuinely matter.
Please note: We do apply a standard job application fee as part of our fair recruitment process.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and respond to emails — making that all-important first impression every single day
- Maintain organized records, both digital and paper, so nothing slips through the cracks
- Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and juggle team calendars like a pro
- Support management with day-to-day tasks: preparation of reports, expense tracking, or the odd “can you help with this?”
- Oversee office supplies (no one runs out of coffee or printer paper on your watch)
- Assist with documentation — contracts, billing, onboarding forms, and sometimes confidential materials
- Proactively handle the small hiccups before they become big headaches

- At least 1 year of office administration or front desk experience
- Strong computer skills — you’re comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and basic reports
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

- A reliable, friendly approach — you’re the kind of person others enjoy asking for help
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience working in Dubai or the Gulf region
- Familiarity with office management software or cloud filing systems
