What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming guests and clients—making them feel right at home from the moment they walk in
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and a friendly tone
  • Keeping office supplies well-stocked (and sometimes rescuing us from the brink of a paper shortage)
  • Organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records for easy retrieval
  • Assisting with scheduling meetings, appointments, and workplace events
  • Supporting the team with travel arrangements and expense tracking
  • Pitching in for various daily admin tasks that keep the workday ticking along
  • Ensuring our office environment stays neat, tidy, and a pleasant place to work

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—you spot what others miss
  • Comfortable using basic computer software (think Word, Excel, and email)
  • Communicates clearly with everyone from delivery drivers to senior managers
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
