What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the right person or office with a friendly smile
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and messages—sometimes all at once, but don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes!
  • Organizing and maintaining both digital and paper files (if you love a good color-coded system, you’ll fit right in)
  • Scheduling meetings and keeping calendars up to date for the team
  • Assisting with basic data entry, photocopying, scanning, and mailing as needed
  • Coordinating with building management for office supplies and facility needs
  • Pitching in with ad-hoc tasks—because in a busy office, things can pop up unexpectedly

What You’ll Bring
