What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily office routines, ensuring common areas and workspaces stay tidy and organized.
- Handling all kinds of documentation—sorting, filing, scanning, and keeping everything accessible for teammates.
- Assisting with the smooth flow of administrative tasks, from scheduling meetings to preparing reports.
- Acting as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and visitors, always with a helpful attitude.
- Supporting internal communication, sharing updates, and making sure the right messages reach the right people.
- Helping track office supplies (because running out of coffee is not an option here).
- Coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and service vendors as needed.
- Maintaining an organized recordkeeping system—think digital and physical files, receipts, deliveries, and more.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in an office-based, administrative, or support role, ideally in the UAE.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for even the smallest details.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (extra languages are a plus!)
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office and email tools especially).
- Adaptable, proactive attitude—you’re the one who spots what needs doing before anyone even asks.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
