What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting clients and visitors, making everyone who walks in feel genuinely welcome
- Answering incoming phone calls and routing them efficiently (plus the occasional rescue of a colleague from a too-long call)
- Managing files and maintaining documents, both digital and hard copies, for easy retrieval when needed
- Updating paperwork, contracts, and reports with careful attention to detail
- Running office errands — from collecting mail to securing last-minute supplies when the printer ink decides to run out
- Supporting other team members with clerical needs (because we all pitch in here)
- Keeping the office neat, organized, and running smoothly — a place that feels good to step into each morning
