About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought of what keeps a busy Dubai office humming smoothly behind the scenes? As our next Office Coordinator in Al Quoz, you’ll be the calm at the center of the action, guiding daily operations and making sure every department sings from the same song sheet. If you thrive on juggling tasks, setting the tempo for busy teams, and being the “go-to” organizer, this role just might feel like it was made for you.
About the Company
We’re a dynamic, fast-growing business hub based in the industrial heart of Dubai, Al Quoz. Our team is a mix of professionals from all backgrounds, working together in a culture that values support, respect, and getting things done. There’s no typical day here — and that’s just the way we like it. Morning coffee catch-ups fuel our collaboration, and our management believes the best ideas often pop up during that impromptu chat by the copier.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Bridging communication across all departments, ensuring tasks and info flow smoothly
- Keeping our office running — from managing supplies to ensuring meeting rooms are always ready for action
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, sometimes on short notice (your calendar skills are legendary)
- Handling sensitive documents and organizing files with a keen attention to detail
- Supporting managers and team leads with day-to-day administrative needs
- Helping with onboarding and welcoming new colleagues, making sure they feel right at home
- Responding quickly to the unexpected — whether it’s a last-minute meeting or a delivery that arrives out of the blue
What You’ll Bring
- Prior experience in office administration, coordination, or a fast-paced organizational role
- Strong organization skills — you love lists, and nothing escapes your notice
- Comfort using standard office software (think calendar tools, email, Word, Excel)
- Professional communication in English; Arabic is a plus but not a deal-breaker
- A can-do attitude, patience, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Current eligibility to work in the UAE or willingness to relocate
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Two years UAE residency sponsorship
- Private health insurance for peace of mind
- Company-provided accommodation and reliable transportation, so getting to work is the least of your worries
- Competitive salary — AED 5,000–6,000, depending on your experience
- Supportive, welcoming team that values every member’s input
- Opportunities to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as the company expands
We know that great offices don’t run themselves, and we value the special touch you bring. If the idea of being part of a supportive team in one of Dubai’s most vibrant business communities sounds like your kind of challenge, we’re looking forward to meeting you.
