What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bridging communication across all departments, ensuring tasks and info flow smoothly
  • Keeping our office running — from managing supplies to ensuring meeting rooms are always ready for action
  • Coordinating appointments, meetings, and events, sometimes on short notice (your calendar skills are legendary)
  • Handling sensitive documents and organizing files with a keen attention to detail
  • Supporting managers and team leads with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Helping with onboarding and welcoming new colleagues, making sure they feel right at home
  • Responding quickly to the unexpected — whether it’s a last-minute meeting or a delivery that arrives out of the blue

What You’ll Bring

  • Prior experience in office administration, coordination, or a fast-paced organizational role
  • Strong organization skills — you love lists, and nothing escapes your notice
  • Comfort using standard office software (think calendar tools, email, Word, Excel)
  • Professional communication in English; Arabic is a plus but not a deal-breaker
  • A can-do attitude, patience, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Current eligibility to work in the UAE or willingness to relocate
