Introduction

Looking for a fresh career chapter where your engineering skills actually matter? As an Office Engineer with our Al Ain Al Jahili team, you’ll be more than just a cog in the machine — you’ll be the lynchpin holding projects, people, and progress together. In a sector where every detail counts, your technical know-how and organizational flair can make a real difference. If shaping some of Al Ain’s most essential maintenance and contracting projects sounds rewarding, you might have found your next professional home.

About the Company

We’re a well-established contracting firm rooted in the heart of Al Ain Al Jahili, with a reputation built on reliability, collaboration, and hands-on results. Around here, you’re never just a number; our people swap stories over strong coffees, and “teamwork” isn’t just a buzzword — it’s our daily reality. You’ll notice that we keep things transparent (both in how we communicate and how we work), and we’re proud of our low turnover and the genuine camaraderie of our crew. Fridays often wrap with a project debrief or sneak-peek at what the next big challenge will be.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drafting, reviewing, and refining technical reports that keep our projects — and clients — fully informed
  • Preparing clear, accurate schedules for ongoing and upcoming contracting and maintenance tasks
  • Coordinating closely with site supervisors, suppliers, and the wider engineering team to keep workflows smooth and on target
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day hiccups by applying your engineering judgment and creativity
  • Supporting tender preparation and contract documentation when new opportunities arise
  • Ensuring all technical documentation aligns with the latest project specs and regulatory standards
  • Leading or participating in internal meetings where you won’t just be a spectator — your input will shape outcomes
  • Occasionally visiting project sites to get firsthand updates and translate needs back to the office

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in contracting and general maintenance — you know the ropes and the typical roadblocks
  • Strong background in technical report writing and schedule preparation
  • Solid communication and coordination skills, especially in dynamic multi-discipline teams
  • Familiarity with relevant software for reporting and scheduling tasks

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous exposure to the Al Ain market or similar regional contracting environments
  • Working knowledge of local safety standards and permit processes
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers or technical staff

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary structure, benchmarked for the Al Ain market
  • Supportive, close-knit team where your contributions genuinely stand out
  • Opportunities to expand your skills and grow into senior engineering or project management roles
  • Comfortable, well-equipped office in the heart of Al Ain Al Jahili
  • Regular team gatherings, open feedback sessions, and a leadership team that listens
  • Paid time off for work-life balance, plus flexibility when you need it most

We believe work should be both challenging and enjoyable — a place where you’re valued, heard, and empowered to thrive. If that sounds like the kind of environment you’re looking for, let’s connect!
