What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, always with a welcoming attitude
- Keeping office supplies organized and ordered — you’ll probably become everyone’s go-to for “where’s the stapler?”
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and managing calendars for the team
- Supporting HR and admin with document handling, filing, and onboarding new joiners
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, both digital and paper
- Staying one step ahead by proactively identifying ways to streamline office operations
- Lending a hand wherever needed — whether it’s prepping for a big presentation or helping organize a team event
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Clear, friendly communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus!)
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quick to learn new tools
