About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever imagined yourself as the heartbeat of a thriving office in one of Dubai’s most energetic business districts? As our next Office Administrator, you won’t just keep things running — you’ll make sure our days move like clockwork, supporting the team and orchestrating the details that matter. With so much happening in Al Quoz, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the center of it all, turning daily challenges into smooth, efficient processes.

About the Company

Nestled in the bustling industrial hub of Al Quoz, our organization has earned a reputation for reliability and professionalism in everything we do. We may not be a household name (yet!), but our close-knit team moves fast, supports each other, and values a “solution-first” mindset. There’s a real sense of camaraderie here — think after-work chai runs, open doors between departments, and the occasional team lunch that turns into spirited brainstorming. In short: we work hard, celebrate wins, and look after our own.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming, efficient environment for both staff and guests
  • Maintaining and organizing company records — digital and physical — so nothing gets lost in the shuffle
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, from internal catchups to full-team presentations
  • Handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence, keeping information flowing smoothly
  • Supporting staff with administrative needs: whether it’s sourcing supplies or helping with travel arrangements
  • Liaising with facility management and vendors to arrange office maintenance or repairs
  • Monitoring office inventory and proactively managing stock levels (paper, snacks, you name it)
  • Jumping in where needed — you’re comfortable wearing many hats and keeping an eye out for how you can help

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Current UAE residency and availability for an in-person role
  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative position
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills — you enjoy planning and get a quiet thrill from a well-kept calendar
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort learning new admin tools
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
  • A positive, resourceful attitude — you’re the go-to for solving office puzzles big and small

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in a multicultural office environment
  • Familiarity with facility or accommodation coordination
  • Basic accounting or HR support experience

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, tax-free salary between AED 4,000 – 6,000
  • Two-year residency visa — your next chapter in Dubai is secure
  • Private health insurance: peace of mind comes standard
  • Comfortable, company-provided accommodation close to the office
  • Supportive, tight-knit team — your efforts are valued here, and people notice
  • Opportunities to grow as Dubai grows: as we expand, so can your role
  • Genuine work-life balance: our management believes you do your best work when you’re looked after

Here, you’re more than just the “office admin” — you’re at the center of our everyday successes. If you’re ready to be that person, we can’t wait to meet you.
