What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the daily flow of office tasks — from sorting mail and maintaining files to making sure the workspace stays tidy and inviting
- Greeting visitors, answering phones, and helping clients or team members find what (or who) they need
- Coordinating with vendors and delivery personnel, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Preparing refreshments for meetings and keeping common areas stocked (no one ever runs out of coffee on your watch)
- Assisting with basic clerical duties: photocopying, scanning, and supporting document preparation
- Handling courier shipments and ensuring outgoing/incoming packages reach the right hands
- Supporting the administrative team with ad hoc errands and requests—there’s always something new to tackle
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar office admin or office boy/girl role (bonus points if it’s in real estate or a highly organized sector)
- Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate start
- Clear, polite communication skills in English (extra languages: always welcome)
- Friendly, can-do attitude — the kind that makes people smile when you enter the room
- The ability to multitask and prioritize, even when things get a little hectic
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate or a high-traffic office setting
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and IT (printers, scanners, MS Office)
- Willingness to pitch in wherever needed – no task too small
