About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the heartbeat behind a dynamic workspace? As our next Office & Project Coordinator, you’ll be the pulse that keeps everything running smoothly—bridging creative carpentry, technical services, and stylish interiors with sharp organization and genuine teamwork. If you thrive where no two days look quite the same, this role offers a front-row seat to projects shaping Dubai’s living and working spaces.
About the Company
Nestled in Dubai Investment Park, our company isn’t your average decor or technical services provider. We’re a growing crew of craftspeople, project managers, and innovators who take pride in reimagining spaces—whether that’s a restaurant’s wooden feature wall or a high-end villa’s technical overhaul. There’s a close-knit vibe here; we believe collaboration beats hierarchy, and our best ideas often spark over a strong cup of Arabic coffee. Friday demo days aren’t just for showing off what we’ve built—they’re a celebration of everyone’s contribution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations: You’ll be the go-to person for keeping the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently.
- Oversee account management: Ensure all invoices, bills, and employee expenses are tracked, filed, and followed up on—your accuracy will keep us on target.
- Prepare clear financial reports: Collaborate with our accountant to ensure monthly, quarterly, and project-specific financial snapshots are timely and actionable.

- Act as the communication hub: Whether it’s scheduling meetings, liaising with suppliers, or updating clients, you’ll keep everyone in the loop.
- Assist with process improvement: Spot a more efficient way to do things? We’re all ears—your input shapes how we work.
