What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations, ensuring everything (and everyone) is where they need to be
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team—from reception to admin staff—with regular check-ins and clear direction
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, and logistics, juggling priorities with calm efficiency
  • Preparing routine and ad-hoc reports for senior management, presenting data with clarity and context
  • Acting as the go-to point for interdepartmental communication and problem-solving
  • Monitoring office supply levels and budgeting for operational needs (no one runs out of coffee on your watch!)
  • Implementing and maintaining filing systems—physical and digital—that actually make sense
  • Supporting HR functions, including attendance tracking and facilitating staff onboarding
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration, staff supervision, and reporting
  • Strong organizational chops and a track record of keeping teams running efficiently
  • Confident leadership and people skills—you know how to motivate and support colleagues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Currently residing in the UAE (applications from abroad can’t be considered right now)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within the UAE
  • Knowledge of local business practices and government documentation
  • Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu always a plus)
