What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations, ensuring everything (and everyone) is where they need to be
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team—from reception to admin staff—with regular check-ins and clear direction
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and logistics, juggling priorities with calm efficiency
- Preparing routine and ad-hoc reports for senior management, presenting data with clarity and context
- Acting as the go-to point for interdepartmental communication and problem-solving
- Monitoring office supply levels and budgeting for operational needs (no one runs out of coffee on your watch!)
- Implementing and maintaining filing systems—physical and digital—that actually make sense
- Supporting HR functions, including attendance tracking and facilitating staff onboarding
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration, staff supervision, and reporting
- Strong organizational chops and a track record of keeping teams running efficiently
- Confident leadership and people skills—you know how to motivate and support colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from abroad can’t be considered right now)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the UAE
- Knowledge of local business practices and government documentation
- Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu always a plus)
