What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily administrative operations to keep things on track and on schedule
- Supervising a diverse team of office staff, offering guidance and constructive feedback
- Handling work schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and building management (yes, you’ll be the go-to person for fixes big and small)
- Ensuring office policies and procedures are understood and followed by everyone
- Supporting the onboarding process—helping new hires feel welcome and prepared
- Managing documentation and record-keeping with a keen eye for detail
- Stepping in to troubleshoot whenever unexpected issues pop up (and they do, sometimes)
What You’ll Bring
