About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to keep the wheels turning smoothly at one of Dubai’s iconic business hubs? We’re looking for an Office Supervisor who brings both structure and heart to a fast-paced workspace at the World Trade Center. If you have a knack for guiding teams, solving challenges on the fly, and making the office feel like a well-oiled machine, this could be the spot you’ve been searching for. In return, you’ll enjoy a generous benefits package—plus the unique experience of working in the very heart of Dubai’s bustling corporate scene.

About the Company

This isn’t just another office; it’s a crossroads for innovation and ambition, set right in the World Trade Center. Our company prides itself on being reputable, professional, and above all, people-focused. You’ll find a mix of experienced professionals and fresh faces—all thriving in an environment where collaboration is not just encouraged, it’s second nature. And we take our culture seriously—daily teamwork is matched with a genuine belief in mutual respect, support, and career development. (If you catch us celebrating a big win over coffee and sweets, don’t be surprised!)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily administrative operations to keep things on track and on schedule
  • Supervising a diverse team of office staff, offering guidance and constructive feedback
  • Handling work schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations
  • Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and building management (yes, you’ll be the go-to person for fixes big and small)
  • Ensuring office policies and procedures are understood and followed by everyone
  • Supporting the onboarding process—helping new hires feel welcome and prepared
  • Managing documentation and record-keeping with a keen eye for detail
  • Stepping in to troubleshoot whenever unexpected issues pop up (and they do, sometimes)

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience supervising or leading office teams—ideally in the UAE
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask with a cool head
  • Clear, kind communication—whether you’re directing staff or emailing a supplier
  • Comfort with common office software (think: spreadsheets, calendars, messaging apps)
  • Ready availability in the UAE—you must already be living here
  • A proactive approach: you notice the little things and act before they become big issues

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary: AED 5,000–8,000, depending on experience
  • Two-year UAE residency visa included
  • Health insurance for your peace of mind
  • Accommodation and daily transportation provided—one less thing to worry about
  • Just 8 hours a day, with a weekly day off to recharge
  • The chance to work at a prestigious, central location in Dubai
  • Supportive colleagues who value teamwork as much as you do
  • Exposure to diverse people and projects—your days will rarely feel the same

This is a place where stability meets excitement, and where your work truly matters—both to our team, and to the bigger picture unfolding at Dubai’s World Trade Center.
