What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising small teams at different client sites, making sure everyone’s in sync and safety is top-of-mind
- Visiting active sites, taking accurate measurements, and double-checking the details for each project
- Acting as a friendly, reliable point of contact for our clients—coordinating updates, clarifying requirements, and making sure promises become outcomes
- Preparing clear project documents, status reports, and quality control checklists (your knack for paperwork will come in handy)
- Coordinating timelines and resources, flagging issues early so the team can pivot as needed
- Attending project meetings—sometimes with a notepad, sometimes with creative solutions that move things forward
- Upholding quality control for every project phase, even when deadlines get tight
What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrable field or site operations experience (you’re comfortable out on the job, not just at a desk)
