What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Leading, motivating, and mentoring a diverse team—your energy sets the tone!
  • Developing and implementing streamlined processes that improve workflow and drive results
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports for senior management
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments (think: problem-solving in real time)
  • Managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Addressing operational challenges as they arise—sometimes that means rolling up your sleeves!
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety protocols
  • Playing a central role in staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Currently residing in the UAE, with valid documentation
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management—ideally within a competitive business environment
  • Hands-on leadership skills and a knack for bringing out the best in your team
  • Confidence with data analysis, reporting, and business improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills always a plus)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and make confident decisions under pressure

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Past experience in the Dubai market or Business Bay area
  • Familiarity with digital project management tools or ERP systems
