What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Leading, motivating, and mentoring a diverse team—your energy sets the tone!
- Developing and implementing streamlined processes that improve workflow and drive results
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing regular reports for senior management
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments (think: problem-solving in real time)
- Managing supplier relationships and contract negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Addressing operational challenges as they arise—sometimes that means rolling up your sleeves!
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety protocols
- Playing a central role in staff recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE, with valid documentation
- Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management—ideally within a competitive business environment
- Hands-on leadership skills and a knack for bringing out the best in your team
- Confidence with data analysis, reporting, and business improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills always a plus)
- Ability to adapt quickly and make confident decisions under pressure
Nice-to-Haves:
- Past experience in the Dubai market or Business Bay area
