What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily operations, from warehouse floor to final customer delivery—every detail counts
- Supervising and developing staff, including HR responsibilities like scheduling, training, and pulse checks on morale
- Streamlining the logistics of fresh meat distribution (yes, that means early mornings—coffee is on us!)
- Managing and monitoring shipments to ensure goods arrive safely and on time
- Keeping tabs on our fleet of vehicles and fostering good rapport with drivers
- Rolling out and refining KPIs and SOPs to make sure we’re always upping our game
- Troubleshooting the occasional curveball—a missed shipment or a traffic jam won’t faze you
- Collaborating across departments, bringing solutions and a positive tone to the table
What You’ll Bring
