About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ready for your next leadership adventure in one of Dubai’s most iconic business hubs? We’re searching for an experienced, results-driven Operations Manager to help us scale new heights from our office in the World Trade Center. This opportunity stands out for its vibrant setting, hands-on leadership, and chance to shape the way our growing organization delivers value — all right at the heart of Dubai’s dynamic commercial scene.

About the Company

We’re a fast-evolving company that balances ambition with a genuine sense of teamwork. Our roots may be in Dubai, but our mindset is global — always adapting, always pushing for smarter solutions. Coffee-fueled brainstorms, weekly check-ins that really mean something, and a culture where people look after one another are more than just buzzwords for us. Growth is on the horizon, and collaboration is at the core — you’ll quickly find that your voice here matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily operational activities across departments to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Developing and implementing new processes to boost productivity — and actually seeing them through to results
  • Collaborating closely with senior management to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating diverse teams; you’re the glue that brings people together and drives accountability
  • Monitoring budget expenditures, ensuring cost-effective practices without sacrificing quality
  • Identifying and troubleshooting operational bottlenecks before they impact performance
  • Generating regular reports on operational performance (and sharing insights, not just numbers)
  • Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and partners to uphold high service standards
  • Acting as a champion for compliance, ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable UAE labor laws
  • Adapting quickly and confidently to the ebb and flow of business—there’s rarely a dull day here!

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • At least 3 years’ proven experience in operations management, ideally in the UAE
  • Strong leadership skills and the willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed
  • Excellent organizational abilities — juggling multiple priorities comes naturally to you
  • Strong communication (in English) and interpersonal skills
  • Currently based inside the UAE and available for immediate joining

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience managing operations in a multi-cultural, fast-growth environment
  • Familiarity with process improvement and project management methodologies
  • Working knowledge of Arabic or additional languages
  • Comfort with business technology (ERP, reporting tools, etc.)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary (AED 8000–12000), plus standard UAE labor law benefits
  • Central World Trade Center location — easy commute, prestigious address
  • Supportive team culture that values transparency, respect, and real collaboration
  • Room to grow as the company grows — your professional ambitions aren’t just welcomed, they’re encouraged
  • Balance between formal structure and entrepreneurial spirit; you’ll have a real impact here
  • Frequent team get-togethers, knowledge-sharing sessions, and a leadership team that actually listens

Our ambition matches our heart. If you’re looking for a place where your operational skillset solves real problems and your leadership makes a visible difference, this could be your next big move.
