What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee and maintain the quality standards of media content for premier entertainment streamers.
- Coordinate daily operational activities, from task assignments to settling accounts, with partner MCN agencies.
- Interface regularly with agency agents, fostering smooth collaborations and seamless task flow.
- Conduct candidate interviews for new collaborators and assist the team with initial screening and recommendations.
- Dive into account performance data: monitor, analyze, and flag trends or issues that could impact streamer success.
- Jump in to support special projects and process improvements — your voice is welcome here.
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Prior experience (1–3 years) in operations, partnerships, or account management — especially in media, digital, or influencer space.
- Solid organizational skills; you keep tabs on details without losing sight of the big picture.
- Strong communication in English (verbal and written); confident speaking with partners and candidates.
- A knack for data — you can spot patterns in reports and aren’t afraid of a good spreadsheet.
