About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you curious about what goes on behind the scenes of the world’s favorite streaming platforms? As an Operations Specialist, you’ll have a hand in keeping entertainment running smoothly — all while working at the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay. With three positions open, it’s a fantastic chance to join a dynamic, fast-evolving field, especially if you thrive on details and love the idea of supporting big digital creators and agencies. It’s not just about keeping things ticking; it’s about making real impact on how content gets seen and enjoyed every single day.

About the Company

Nestled right in the vibrant pulse of Business Bay, our company is all about bringing entertainment to life in new and exciting ways. We partner with top MCN (Multi-Channel Network) agencies, streaming stars, and creative minds across the region. The energy here is contagious — whether it’s brainstorming new partnerships in our airy meeting spaces or catching up over coffee on the balcony (yes, the views are for real!). We’re a close-knit operations team that believes a little bit of humor makes even the busiest days better. Here, your ideas matter, your development is supported, and collaboration isn’t just a buzzword.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and maintain the quality standards of media content for premier entertainment streamers.
  • Coordinate daily operational activities, from task assignments to settling accounts, with partner MCN agencies.
  • Interface regularly with agency agents, fostering smooth collaborations and seamless task flow.
  • Conduct candidate interviews for new collaborators and assist the team with initial screening and recommendations.
  • Dive into account performance data: monitor, analyze, and flag trends or issues that could impact streamer success.
  • Jump in to support special projects and process improvements — your voice is welcome here.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:
    • Prior experience (1–3 years) in operations, partnerships, or account management — especially in media, digital, or influencer space.
    • Solid organizational skills; you keep tabs on details without losing sight of the big picture.
    • Strong communication in English (verbal and written); confident speaking with partners and candidates.
    • A knack for data — you can spot patterns in reports and aren’t afraid of a good spreadsheet.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Familiarity with entertainment streaming platforms or MCN agencies.
    • Additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, etc.) always appreciated in our multicultural client base.
    • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to suggest process tweaks.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive compensation and annual bonus opportunities.
  • Work from our modern Business Bay office, with some flexibility for remote days.
  • Diverse, international team that values open communication and learning from each other.
  • Professional growth: regular feedback sessions and access to development resources.
  • Frequent company socials and quarterly team events (think escape rooms, karaoke, and epic lunches).
  • Health and wellness benefits to keep you feeling your best.

You’ll be joining a supportive environment where your contributions will be noticed — and where every day brings something a little bit new. If you’re looking for a role that blends structure with creative problem-solving, you might have just found your next adventure.
