What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, mentoring, and setting the tone for our car care teams day-to-day—a mix of seasoned pros and up-and-coming detailers
- Overseeing the full cycle from check-in to sparkling delivery—spot-checking, coaching, and ensuring every service meets our gold standard
- Creating and managing daily appointment schedules, making sure workflows run efficiently and every customer gets top-notch timing and attention
- Coordinating multiple service bays and prioritizing tasks, especially during high-traffic times
- Overseeing safe handling and storage of detailing chemicals and equipment, with a sharp eye for compliance and best practices
- Handling real-time customer feedback or last-minute requests with a professional and solutions-oriented mindset
- Collaborating with the management team on process improvements, training needs, or service innovations
- Keeping records and logs up to date—after all, a great finish starts behind the scenes
