What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing and managing all online orders from start to finish—accuracy is your superpower
- Tracking outgoing shipments and keeping customers (and the team) updated every step of the way
- Reviewing sales documentation and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Working closely with logistics partners to ensure prompt delivery
- Promoting and selling our products, both online and offline—a genuine interest in perfumery goes a long way
- Maintaining up-to-date inventory records and flagging low stock before it’s even an issue
- Collaborating with the team to identify new sales opportunities and push campaigns forward
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- English fluency—spoken and written—is essential (our customers and partners depend on it!)
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially with documentation and shipments
- Strong organizational skills—you thrive on keeping things running smoothly
