What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering and collecting essential documents to/from government departments, clients, and other offices
- Liaising directly with public agencies and authorities to ensure smooth processing of applications and paperwork
- Maintaining constant communication with our in-office team — updates, quick clarifications, or the occasional tricky detail
- Handling urgent or last-minute requests with a calm and helpful attitude
