About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the kind of person who lights up a room—literally and figuratively? If you enjoy building relationships, thrive in the great outdoors, and have an eye for dazzling lighting solutions, this part-time or freelance Outdoor Sales Representative role might be your next big adventure. We’re searching for a female sales dynamo who’s ready to bring creativity, conversation, and connections to the world of lighting and facade illumination. Commission-based, flexible, and perfect for those who like making things shine—could that be you?
About the Company
We’re not your average lighting team—we’re passionate about transforming ordinary buildings into extraordinary landmarks. Whether it’s an iconic high-rise or a cozy boutique, our projects add brilliance and drama to every corner of the UAE. Our team is close-knit, supportive, and always up for celebrating a win (we may or may not compete for “best building glow” photos on Fridays). If you love creative solutions and real results, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Getting out and about—meeting property owners, developers, architects, and facility managers to introduce our lighting and facade solutions
- Building relationships that last, not just closing deals; think long-term client partnerships
- Spotting new opportunities, cold-calling, or following up with existing contacts with your personal, professional touch
- Listening closely to customer needs and helping craft the perfect lighting proposal
- Coordinating with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution
- Keeping track of your sales activity and progress—it’s your portfolio, after all!
- Sharing feedback and insights with the team so we can keep evolving together
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in outdoor sales (lighting or building materials is a plus)
- Friendly, persuasive communication style and confidence connecting face-to-face
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own time and schedule
- UAE residency and knowledge of the local market
- English fluency (Arabic language skills? Even better!)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in lighting, facade, or construction sales
- Your own driver’s license and transport
- A flair for visual presentation—photos, drawings, or mood boards excite us!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- 100% commission-based earnings: your results, your rewards
- Flexible working hours—you decide your schedule
- Freedom to explore, pitch, and grow your own client base
- Supportive and creative team with real industry experience to help you succeed
- Enjoyable team spirit—yes, we celebrate wins big and small
- Space to shape your own career and build a glowing portfolio
If you’re ready to take your sales career outside traditional boundaries, discover the world of architectural lighting, and work with a group who values ambition as much as a can-do attitude, this could be your brightest move yet.
