About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever catch yourself imagining working for a brand that’s setting trends in the fragrance world—right from one of Dubai’s most vibrant hubs? As an Outdoor Sales Representative at Eleven Scent, you’ll step beyond the office walls to build relationships, sniff out new opportunities, and truly shape how we’re perceived across the UAE. If you thrive on closing deals in person and believe the best conversations can happen face-to-face, you’re exactly who we’d like to meet.
About Eleven Scent
Nestled in the energetic pulse of Jebel Ali, Eleven Scent is more than just a fragrance company—we’re a team on a first-name basis, passionate about the artistry and science of scent. Since our founding, we’ve balanced innovative products with an old-school belief in personal customer connection. While our portfolio impresses, it’s our Friday brainstorm sessions or offbeat team lunches that really keep us inspired. Here, ambition is matched by warmth—and laughter is a daily affair.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively seek out and connect with new clients, making those vital first impressions count.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships—think of yourself as a partner, not just a salesperson.
- Understand and promote our suite of fragrance solutions, presenting tailored pitches that make clients feel heard.
- Consistently work towards (and often exceed) monthly sales targets set by the team.
- Stay organized on the road, managing appointments and customer data efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share market intel—after all, stories (and sales tips) are meant to be shared.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 4 years of on-the-ground sales or marketing experience in the UAE market.
- A valid UAE driving license and comfort navigating the city’s dynamic landscapes.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills—you know how to read a room and close a deal.
- A self-motivated and target-driven approach, especially in fieldwork environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in fragrance, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic—though neither is a dealbreaker.
- An instinct for spotting new business opportunities where others see challenges.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive base salary, plus commission that rewards your results.
- Company-provided vehicle allowance (because your time shouldn’t be spent worrying about the ride).
- Diverse, supportive team that celebrates wins together (sometimes with pizza, sometimes with perfumes!).
- Opportunities to grow—sales stars often move quickly into leadership or product specialist roles.
- Hybrid flexibility for admin days, though the city (and our clients) will be your real “office.”
- Unique exposure to Dubai’s top retail and hospitality players.
At Eleven Scent, your work leaves a real impression—just like our fragrances. If you’re ready to grow, connect, and leave your mark, we can’t wait to meet you.
