What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting every customer with a smile and offering personalized style advice based on their preferences
- Guiding clients through the latest collections, sharing insights about fabric, fit, and trends
- Handling sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the counter
- Assisting with daily boutique upkeep — from merchandising to keeping displays pristine
- Managing inventory levels and preparing the boutique for opening and closing
- Staying up-to-date with boutique promotions or special offers, and helping to communicate those to clients
- Playing an active role in keeping our boutique atmosphere welcoming, organized, and inspiring
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous retail or customer service experience — even better if it’s in fashion!
- Friendly, genuinely engaging personality; you enjoy helping others feel confident and happy
- Well-groomed, with a polished sense of personal style
- Comfort speaking English (Arabic is a plus)
- Willingness to work six days per week on a regular part-time schedule
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Interest in current fashion trends and styles
- Ability to comfortably assist customers of various backgrounds and ages
