What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading your team by example — nurturing a culture of excellence, integrity, and hospitality
- Overseeing daily boutique operations, from inventory to impeccable visual merchandising
- Developing and executing strategies to boost sales and maximize profitability (we love a creative idea!)
- Offering exceptional customer service, including personal consultations for returning VIPs and first-time explorers alike
- Training, mentoring, and motivating your team, ensuring product knowledge is second to none
- Managing stock levels, placing timely orders, and working closely with suppliers to keep our selection top-tier
- Organizing private events, fragrance masterclasses, and exclusive launches to keep our clientele engaged
- Tracking key metrics, analyzing sales trends, and reporting insights to senior leadership
- Resolving customer concerns (with empathy and professionalism) to maintain our gold-standard reputation
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years of experience in the fragrance industry, with a strong background in luxury perfumes
- Proven success in managing a high-performing retail team — you know how to bring out the best in people
- In-depth product and market knowledge (what’s trending, who’s who, competitor moves — you’re on top of it)
- Sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills, especially with high-end clientele
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (you notice the subtle things, both in scent and in store)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
