What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining a range of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, valves, and drainage systems
- Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting problems as they crop up—sometimes under pressure, always with an eye for safety
- Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and building plans to plan out repairs and installations
- Collaborating with the team and occasionally with clients to clarify and deliver on unique plumbing needs
- Managing and organizing tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure every job runs smoothly
- Keeping detailed records of repairs, installations, and routine maintenance for reference and compliance
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience as a plumber, ideally with exposure to both repairs and new installations
- Familiarity with a wide variety of plumbing tools and materials (PEX, copper, PVC, and others)
- Solid understanding of Sharjah’s plumbing regulations and safety codes
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a can-do attitude (every leak is just a challenge!)
- Reliable, punctual, and focused on delivering quality work every time
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working within the building materials or construction industries
- Basic knowledge of electrical or HVAC systems (cross-trade skills always a bonus)
