What You’ll Be Doing
- Plumbers: Install, repair, and maintain piping systems and fixtures — keeping our builds leak-free and up to code.
- Welders: Carry out precise welding jobs on-site, ensuring frameworks and structures are strong, safe, and meet every specification.
- Scaffolders: Assemble, secure, and dismantle scaffolding — your work keeps the team safe and the project on track.
- Masons: Lay bricks, blocks, and stones, executing neat finishes and sturdy structures that stand the test of time.
- Collaborate with project managers and skilled workers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
- Follow site safety procedures — we look out for each other here.
- Adapt to changing priorities on site (if you’ve worked construction, you know the drill).
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience in your trade (plumbing, welding, scaffolding, or masonry).
- Ability to work efficiently and follow site safety protocols.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, as needed by the project.
- Valid visit, canceled, or freelance visa (applicants must currently be inside the UAE).
- Basic communication skills in English or Hindi a big plus.
- Openness to working in a diverse, multicultural team.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous construction experience in the UAE.
- Additional training or certifications in your trade.
- Good sense of humor (it helps on long days!).
