What You’ll Be Doing
Precast Foreman
- Lead, motivate, and supervise your installation crew on-site each day.
- Organize work sequences and allocate resources — you’ll make sure every hand is busy and every step is according to plan.
- Inspect installation quality and track productivity to keep jobs on schedule.
- Troubleshoot unexpected hurdles, leaning on your experience to find practical solutions fast.
- Liaise between site management, engineers, and your team to ensure smooth workflows.
- Keep safety front and center — because nothing matters more than going home at the end of the day.
Precast Installation Technician
- Install precast concrete walls and hollow core slabs — steadily and precisely, even when timelines are tight.

- Spot and report any installation snags or deviations before they turn into bigger issues.

What You’ll Bring
