What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
Precast Lifting Supervisor
- Coordinate and supervise all lifting operations related to precast well components in the field.
- Ensure safe lifting protocols are followed every step of the way—spotting risks before they become issues.
- Lead on-site teams, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain constant communication with engineers and contractors.
- Monitor and document daily lifting activities, keeping accurate records for site management.
Precast Installers
- Assemble and install precast well components with care and attention to detail.
- Follow technical drawings and installation guidelines—precision is key.
- Collaborate closely with site supervisors, ensuring timelines are met (without sacrificing quality).
- Inspect completed installs to verify alignment, stability, and finish.
Foreman
- Oversee daily operations for field teams, ensuring work runs smoothly and safely.
- Plan and assign tasks to workforce, optimizing productivity and maintaining quality.
- Coordinate between site management, contractors, and the workforce—think of yourself as the engine that keeps the crew running.
- Train new team members and promote a positive, accountable work atmosphere.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves
- Strong, hands-on experience in precast construction—ideally with wells.
- For Supervisors: Proven ability to coordinate and supervise field operations, especially lifting.
- For Installers: Track record of quality installation of precast well components.
- Foreman: Experience managing teams in contracting/construction environments, along with excellent organization.
- Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and reliable teamwork.
- Basic literacy in reading technical plans and reporting site progress.
Nice-to-Haves
- Certifications in lifting operations, heavy equipment handling, or construction site management.
- Familiarity with modern precast assembly methods and installation tools.
- Previous experience working in Abu Dhabi or similar environments.
