Introduction

Thinking about a career where every day brings a new challenge — and real, tangible results? At our leading precast company based in Al Wathba, Abu Dhabi, we’re building the infrastructure that keeps our city thriving. We now have several vital roles open: Precast Lifting Supervisor, Precast Installers, and a Foreman. If you’re experienced with precast well projects and eager to see your work stand strong for years to come, we’d love to meet you.

About the Company

We’re not your average construction firm. Our team combines industry expertise with genuine camaraderie — you’ll notice the difference the first time you join us for morning karak and a strategy huddle. Over the past decade, we’ve grown from a local outfit into a key player in the Abu Dhabi precast scene, known for our precision, safety standards, and always celebrating the wins (big or small) together. We trust our people in the field and encourage everyone, from supervisors to installers, to share ideas and take real ownership of their projects.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

Precast Lifting Supervisor

  • Coordinate and supervise all lifting operations related to precast well components in the field.
  • Ensure safe lifting protocols are followed every step of the way—spotting risks before they become issues.
  • Lead on-site teams, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain constant communication with engineers and contractors.
  • Monitor and document daily lifting activities, keeping accurate records for site management.

Precast Installers

  • Assemble and install precast well components with care and attention to detail.
  • Follow technical drawings and installation guidelines—precision is key.
  • Collaborate closely with site supervisors, ensuring timelines are met (without sacrificing quality).
  • Inspect completed installs to verify alignment, stability, and finish.

Foreman

  • Oversee daily operations for field teams, ensuring work runs smoothly and safely.
  • Plan and assign tasks to workforce, optimizing productivity and maintaining quality.
  • Coordinate between site management, contractors, and the workforce—think of yourself as the engine that keeps the crew running.
  • Train new team members and promote a positive, accountable work atmosphere.

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves

  • Strong, hands-on experience in precast construction—ideally with wells.
  • For Supervisors: Proven ability to coordinate and supervise field operations, especially lifting.
  • For Installers: Track record of quality installation of precast well components.
  • Foreman: Experience managing teams in contracting/construction environments, along with excellent organization.
  • Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and reliable teamwork.
  • Basic literacy in reading technical plans and reporting site progress.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Certifications in lifting operations, heavy equipment handling, or construction site management.
  • Familiarity with modern precast assembly methods and installation tools.
  • Previous experience working in Abu Dhabi or similar environments.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Competitive industry salary with overtime opportunities.
  • On-site accommodation and transport, so you can focus on what you do best.
  • Supportive, experienced team that values your input and commitment.
  • Regular site safety trainings and upskilling workshops.
  • Opportunities to grow into senior roles as our company expands.
  • A few perks unique to us: celebratory team meals, supportive supervisors, and (yes) a legendary staff appreciation barbecue every quarter.

We’re proud of the work we do, and even more proud of the people who do it. Join us, and help shape the future—one precast project at a time.
