About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes of a luxury fragrance brand? As our Production Coordinator at Lucere Perfumes, you’ll be right at the heart of it all—making sure every bottle that leaves our facility is as exceptional as the scent inside. This isn’t just about schedules and spreadsheets (though you’ll definitely need a knack for those); it’s about bringing artistry and precision together. If you’re passionate about perfumes and thrive on keeping things running smoothly, this could be your next big role.
About Lucere Perfumes
At Lucere Perfumes, we don’t just craft fragrances—we create experiences. Our team is a close-knit group of dreamers and doers, blending tradition with innovation in every batch. We’re growing fast in the vibrant UAE market, but we still celebrate every product launch with a team toast and swap scent samples like proud parents. Collaboration, creativity, and a sprinkle of good humor are part of our daily routine. (And yes, your desk will probably smell amazing.)
What You’ll Be Doing

- Prepare and track production schedules, adjusting timelines as needed to meet deadlines or adapt to last-minute changes.
- Document production output and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting.
- Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements—you’ll have a real voice in how we do things.
- Support new product launches by coordinating trial runs and gathering feedback from the floor.
- Respond to urgent issues (like equipment hiccups or delayed shipments) with calm and clarity.
What You’ll Bring

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
