About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it takes to keep a design-driven factory humming—and every exquisite chair and table arriving on time? As our Production Line Manager, you’ll steer the heart of our operations, making sure beautiful ideas turn into finished pieces that meet both sky-high standards and tight delivery schedules. If you thrive in creative manufacturing settings and love blending hands-on leadership with problem-solving, this role might just feel tailor-made for you.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team of furniture makers, designers, and dreamers who believe that great spaces begin with great craftsmanship. While our roots are in tradition—think time-honored joinery and meticulous upholstery—we pride ourselves on our modern, collaborative spirit. Our factory is a place where engineers and artisans swap ideas over early morning espressos, and Friday afternoon critiques are as much about celebrating wins as perfecting every seam and surface. Growth is part of our DNA: from custom installations in boutique hotels to bold new retail lines, our ambition is matched only by our commitment to quality.

- Coordinating closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to translate concepts into manageable workflows
- Keeping an eagle eye on production schedules—anticipating hiccups and adjusting plans to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Troubleshooting machinery or process issues in real-time, and developing long-term solutions for recurring challenges
- Monitoring quality at every stage, championing efficiency while reinforcing our zero-compromise approach to craftsmanship
- Setting a positive tone—coaching workers, encouraging feedback, and fostering a sense of pride in every completed piece
