About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the kind of person who thrives on turning plans into reality? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Deira, Dubai — someone who gets genuine satisfaction from seeing a project through, from the first brainstorming session to final delivery. If you enjoy bringing people together to make things happen, and you’re already based here in the UAE, you might just be the person we need. This isn’t just another project management gig; it’s a chance to grow with a company committed to doing things the right way, and being part of a team that values both your skills and your ideas.
About the Company
We’re a tight-knit, steadily growing organization based in the heart of Deira. Our crew is a friendly mix of professionals from all walks of life, and collaboration is at the center of everything we do — you’ll never feel like just another name on a spreadsheet here. We believe in setting clear goals, openly sharing feedback, and (yes, you guessed it) celebrating our wins together — whether that’s a team lunch, an impromptu coffee break, or just a quiet moment of appreciation when a project wraps up smoothly. Our environment is fast-paced yet supportive; you’ll always know what’s expected, but you’ll never have to go it alone.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading projects from initiation to completion — yes, ownership is the name of the game.
- Coordinating with team members across different departments to ensure everyone’s on the same page and key milestones are met.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and resources — think of yourself as the conductor who keeps the tempo just right.
- Identifying risks (and pivots) early, tackling roadblocks before they become real problems.
- Preparing weekly status updates and progress reports for stakeholders — clarity is key.
- Bringing fresh energy and new ideas to every meeting, no matter how routine.
- Working hands-on whenever needed; in our team, no one is too senior to roll up their sleeves.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of proven experience in project management, ideally within the UAE.
- Currently residing in the UAE and available to join our team in Deira, Dubai.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills — you know how to turn chaos into clarity.
- A proactive approach to challenges and an eagerness to learn on the job.
- Confidence with basic project management tools (if you’ve used Asana, Trello, or simple spreadsheets, you’re in good shape).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving chops.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- AED 6,000 starting monthly salary — steady and competitive for this level.
- Two-year residency permit plus renewable employment contract.
- Health insurance coverage to keep you feeling your best.
- Supportive, collaborative team with plenty of opportunities to grow.
- A location in the heart of Deira — close to shops, eats, and public transit.
- Flexible approach to work-life balance: we know life happens outside the office, too.
- Regular feedback, open-door management style, and real career advancement avenues.
We try to keep things as clear and fair as possible, and we’re always eager to see our people succeed. If you’re serious about your next step as a project manager in Dubai, we can’t wait to hear what you’ll bring to our team!
