About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking for an opportunity to break into the fast-paced world of construction management, right in the heart of Dubai? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team in vibrant Business Bay. You don’t need years of experience to apply — just a willingness to learn, roll up your sleeves, and help us build some of the city’s most ambitious projects. If you’re currently in the UAE and ready for a rewarding step forward, this might just be your next big move.
About the Company
Picture a hardworking, close-knit crew that thrives on collaboration as much as hard hats and blueprints. Our office overlooks the Dubai Canal, and the sense of achievement at the end of a bustling workday is hard to match. We’re passionate about shaping skylines, fostering growth for our people, and keeping things lively — whether it’s sharing a coffee after Friday’s site walk, or brainstorming new ways to streamline a project over lunch.
We’re growing steadily, yet we’re small enough for everyone’s voice to be heard, and big enough to make a serious impact in the market. If you like a team that celebrates milestones together (and the occasional falafel lunch run), you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily activities at assigned construction sites to ensure smooth operations, safety, and quality
- Communicate openly with on-site teams, contractors, and suppliers — bridging any gaps
- Support senior managers in scheduling tasks, tracking project timelines, and reporting progress
- Troubleshoot minor challenges as they arise and escalate bigger issues to the right person
- Keep records of materials, manpower, and work completed — we like our paperwork neat and our sites even neater
- Take part in regular site inspections and contribute ideas to improve efficiency
- Lend a hand during project handovers, coordinating team efforts and making sure every detail is just right
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently living in the UAE (applications from outside the country can’t be considered, sorry!)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative — attitude matters more than past titles here
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Basic written and spoken English
- Availability for a full-time schedule (8 hours a day, 6 days a week)
- Able to commit to a 2-year contract
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with construction sites or teamwork in any fast-paced setting
- Strong problem-solving skills or the ability to think on your feet
- Any technical course or certification related to construction (but not required!)
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 4,000–5,000 per month, paid on time, every time
- Two-year residency permit and employment contract sponsored
- Lively and friendly team culture — you’re never “just a number” here
- Prime location in Business Bay with accessible transportation
- On-site mentorship and real career-building opportunities, even if you’re just starting out
- Celebrate milestones, enjoy team lunches, and participate in regular team-building events
- A supportive management team that genuinely wants to see you succeed
You’ll be joining a hands-on crew that values hard work but likes to keep the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming — because we build people as much as we build projects. Your growth is our growth.
