What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking charge of end-to-end project management for construction sites across Dubai, from tender to delivery
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and on-site staff to ensure milestones are met and quality standards never slip
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Leading with integrity—supervising site work, monitoring progress, and resolving day-to-day challenges
- Serving as our main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, making communication smooth and effective
- Conducting risk assessments and promoting best safety practices throughout every project phase
- Preparing regular progress reports and reporting key metrics to leadership
- Always staying on top of local regulations and maintaining compliance standards
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience managing construction projects—preferably in the UAE
- Currently residing inside the UAE (applications from outside cannot be considered)
- Deep understanding of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling software
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate diverse teams under demanding timelines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hands-on problem-solving approach with an eye for detail
Nice-to-Haves:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar discipline
- Familiarity with Business Bay’s development scene
- Proficiency in Arabic
