About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever found yourself walking past a building and thinking, “I helped make that happen”? If you thrive on that sense of accomplishment and have a knack for bringing complex construction projects to life, this Project Manager role in Mussafah M9, Abu Dhabi, could be your next big move. We’re seeking someone who not only juggles timelines and budgets but genuinely loves seeing a project through from blueprint to ribbon-cutting. With a rapidly evolving construction landscape in the UAE, your expertise can help shape skylines and communities—no two days will ever feel quite the same.

About the Company

Here, we’re more than just a hard hat and a helmet sticker. Our team is a tight-knit group of professionals who pride themselves on turning ambitious visions into enduring realities, whether it’s a modern residential complex, a bustling commercial hub, or essential infrastructure connecting cities. Collaboration is our cornerstone—weekly walk-throughs often end with spontaneous brainstorming (and, let’s admit, the occasional shawarma run). We’re growing, but we haven’t lost that hands-on, everyone-pitches-in spirit.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the full project lifecycle—from initial planning and tendering, through execution, to successful handover.
  • Coordinating closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment and clear communication at every stage.
  • Developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, then keeping them on track (or recalibrating when the unexpected happens).
  • Overseeing site activities, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing challenges—whether it’s a supply chain hiccup or a design tweak.
  • Managing and mentoring site teams, cultivating a safety-first, quality-driven work environment.
  • Preparing regular progress reports and presenting updates to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
  • Ensuring projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and company best practices.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE, across residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Prior experience with fast-track projects or design-build contracts.
  • Familiarity with digital project management tools and reporting software.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
  • Medical insurance and annual flight allowance.
  • Supportive, collaborative team culture—where your voice genuinely matters.
  • Opportunities for professional growth, training, and career advancement.
  • Modern, well-equipped office in Mussafah M9, with on-site project exposure.
  • Regular team events and recognition for going above and beyond.
  • Flexible approach to work-life balance, tailored to the realities of construction.

Every project is a new adventure here, and your leadership could be the spark that brings our next landmark to life. If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with a company that values your expertise, we can’t wait to meet you.
