What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the full project lifecycle—from initial planning and tendering, through execution, to successful handover.
- Coordinating closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment and clear communication at every stage.
- Developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, then keeping them on track (or recalibrating when the unexpected happens).
- Overseeing site activities, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing challenges—whether it’s a supply chain hiccup or a design tweak.
- Managing and mentoring site teams, cultivating a safety-first, quality-driven work environment.
- Preparing regular progress reports and presenting updates to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing large-scale construction projects in the UAE, across residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and project delivery methodologies.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
