What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing surfaces for painting—think cleaning, sanding, and patch repairs (sometimes the smallest prep work makes the biggest difference)
- Mixing and matching paint colors to achieve the ideal finish
- Painting interior and exterior walls with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Protecting floors, windows, and fixtures with drop cloths and tape
- Helping move furniture and equipment as needed before and after painting
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets, supporting your fellow painters
- Keeping your work area tidy and safely stored at the end of each shift
What You’ll Bring
