About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Picture yourself working in the heart of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic landmark — the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. We’re on the lookout for a personable Promoter to engage visitors and help them discover our innovative phone case vending machine. If you thrive in a lively environment, love interacting with people from all walks of life, and want a role that blends customer service with a dash of sales flair, you might be exactly who we’re looking for. Who said a traditional office was the only place to grow your career?
About the Company
We’re a small, fast-moving business on a mission to bring tech accessories right where people need them. Our team has launched smart vending solutions in some of the region’s busiest tourist spots (and rumor has it, we’re always scouting the next big location). We believe in the details — a tidy station, a well-timed greeting, a genuine smile. You’ll find us celebrating little wins and sharing stories from the floor. No stiff uniforms—just friendly faces representing a brand that values honest interaction and excellent service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and engaging mosque visitors, helping them explore our phone case vending machine.
- Demonstrating how the machine works — making tech seem easy for everyone, from kids to grandparents.
- Answering questions about products, features, and phone compatibility in clear, polished English.
- Spotting customer needs and suggesting the best phone case for their device and style.
- Restocking the vending machine as needed and keeping the display clean and inviting.
- Gathering informal feedback from guests and passing along ideas and issues to the team.
- Meeting daily and monthly sales goals — and celebrating when you hit those commission targets!
- Overseeing basic troubleshooting of the vending machine (don’t worry, we’ll teach you).
What You’ll Bring
- A friendly, approachable personality with a genuine enthusiasm for helping others.
- Strong English communication skills, able to engage professionally and patiently with people from around the world.
- Willingness to work onsite at the Grand Mosque during the full shift (11 AM–8 PM).
- Confidence to work independently and take initiative when things get busy.
- Basic tech savvy — you don’t need to code, but you won’t panic if the screen freezes for a moment.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary starting from AED2500, with generous commission — total monthly potential up to AED5000.
- Employment visa provided after probation period: We’re serious about supporting your future.
- Work at one of Abu Dhabi’s most breathtaking landmarks — your “office view” will be hard to beat.
- Grow your communication and sales skills with supportive team members and real feedback.
- Friendly, respectful environment where your contribution actually makes a difference.
- No late nights: predictable hours from 11 AM–8 PM.
- Unique role — you’ll always have a story to share.
Here, you’re not just another employee; you’re the face of our brand. If you’re looking for an experience that’s a little different (and a lot more rewarding), this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
