About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to see your ideas in print—literally? As a Sales Representative at Unique Express Digital Printing, you’ll be the bridge between creativity and client needs, helping local businesses, agencies, and entrepreneurs discover the print solutions that bring their visions to life. If you love connecting with people and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving field, this is your chance to join a team where your drive truly makes a difference.

About Unique Express Digital Printing

We’re not just about ink and paper—Unique Express is a dynamic hub where ideas take shape and ambition gets a fresh coat of (sometimes very colorful) gloss. Our team blends technical know-how with genuine enthusiasm for helping clients stand out in a crowded market. You’ll get the best of both worlds: the camaraderie of a close-knit group in the office, and the excitement of winning new deals out in the city. And a little team humor? Let’s just say, we remember to have fun between print runs.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with potential and existing clients, both over the phone and out in the field, to understand their print needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Presenting our range of digital printing services in an energetic, customer-focused way—whether it’s business cards or massive banners, you’ll guide customers to the right fit.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
  • Negotiating pricing, managing client expectations, and closing sales with both confidence and integrity.
  • Staying on top of market trends (and a few competitors, too), so you spot new business opportunities before anyone else.
  • Collaborating with our in-house team to ensure client orders are processed smoothly—from concept, through production, to delivery.
  • Attending local events, trade shows, or exhibitions to network and represent Unique Express with pride.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)—you’ll be communicating with a diverse client base every day.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills; you know how to read a room and close a deal without breaking a sweat.
  • A knack for building rapport and developing trust (if you can turn a handshake into a loyal client, you’re our kind of person).
  • Proven ability to attract new clients, whether through prospecting, networking, or just natural magnetism.
  • Willingness to split your time between the office and hitting the road to meet clients where they are.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in printing services or B2B sales—it’ll definitely give you a head start.
  • A driver’s license is handy for client visits, but if you’re a pro at city commuting, we’re flexible.
  • Familiarity with digital printing processes or design software (bonus points for the “print nerds” among us).

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary plus commission—your hustle is rewarded.
  • Supportive, upbeat team environment where your ideas are welcome, and your successes celebrated.
  • Hybrid work structure: some days in the office, some days out in the field—no sitting at one spot all week.
  • Opportunities to attend industry events and level up your sales game.
  • Ongoing training in digital printing tech and sales techniques—we’ll help you become the expert clients rely on.
  • Work that’s dynamic and people-focused, never cookie-cutter or boring.

Join us, and you’ll help shape how brands, shops, and projects come to life all over the city. At Unique Express Digital Printing, we believe in delivering results—and having a little fun along the way.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a sales representative role in the digital printing industry in the UAE, you should expect a base salary in the range of 4,500–6,500 AED per month, with the potential for additional commission based on your performance. Similar roles that require bilingual skills (Arabic and English), strong sales abilities, and a mix of office and field work typically fall within this bracket. If you bring relevant B2B sales experience or prior knowledge of printing services, you may be able to negotiate toward the higher end of that range or beyond, especially if commissions are uncapped.
