About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to help shape the future of Abu Dhabi’s dining scene? As our new Sales Executive (Restaurant & Catering), you’ll be right at the crossroads of culinary excellence and business growth. This is a fantastic chance to put your sales savvy to work with a reputable, well-established restaurant group that’s proudly operating a vibrant central kitchen. If you’re passionate about building relationships (and maybe you know how to “talk food” as much as “talk business”), you just might be who we’re looking for — especially if you’re already planted here in Abu Dhabi with your own visa.
About the Company
We’re not just another F&B group in Abu Dhabi — our roots run deep in the city’s food culture, and our central kitchen buzzes daily with chefs and staff who truly care about what they do. Team lunches, open-door leadership, and plenty of offhand recipe debates are all part of our daily rhythm. Here, success is communal — when one of us wins a big account, it’s not unusual to spot a celebratory coffee (and maybe a few desserts passed around!). Growth? We’re steadily expanding, but still scrappy and close-knit enough that your impact is seen and felt.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Growing our catering and restaurant sales by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi.
- Visiting clients (think hotels, offices, private event organizers) to present our menus, packages, and unique catering concepts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are not only met, but anticipated.
- Coordinating closely with our kitchen and operations teams to guarantee smooth, on-time deliveries and stellar service.
- Tracking your leads, deals, and activities accurately — yes, paperwork is part of the journey!
- Staying alert to new market trends, competitors, and opportunities for creative menu offerings that can open doors.
- Meeting (and ideally exceeding!) monthly, quarterly, and annual targets — with a handsome cut of the action when you do.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Demonstrable sales experience in Abu Dhabi’s F&B, catering, or hospitality industry.
- Currently holding your own valid visa (Owen/Owen visa) and already living in Abu Dhabi.
- Comfortable building rapport quickly, both in person and over the phone.
- A self-starter mentality — you don’t wait for leads to come to you.
- Good command of English; additional language skills a strong plus.
- Well-organized, with an eye for detail (those event orders can get complicated!).
- Familiarity with common sales tracking tools or CRM software.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience working with a central kitchen or multi-restaurant group.
- Existing network of contacts in hotels, corporate, or private event planning circles.
- Arabic language skills.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive all-inclusive salary of AED 4,000 — with an attractive sales commission (2% of net sales).
- Every successful sale sweetens the deal with real, visible rewards.
- Food provided daily — a chance to taste the quality you’ll be selling!
- Established central kitchen and team support means you’re never winging it solo.
- A truly collaborative culture (pull up a chair, grab a coffee, let’s brainstorm together!).
- Opportunities to grow your client network as our business expands.
- You’ll see the direct impact of your results, not just be a name on a list.
We believe success is best when shared — and we’re excited to welcome someone who thinks the same.
