Salary: Negotiable

About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever pictured yourself closing deals in one of the world's most dynamic property markets? Our expanding team in Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi, is looking for a driven Sales Executive ready to make their mark — and maybe even shatter a few personal records along the way. If you’re passionate about real estate, know your way around a negotiation table, and want to take your career up a notch, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

About the Company

At our core, we're a tight-knit real estate group with big ambitions and a local spirit. Our offices buzz with friendly energy, impromptu market discussions, and the occasional coffee run that turns into a team brainstorming session. While we take our work seriously (targets are more than just numbers to us — they’re goals we conquer together), we also believe in building relationships that last longer than transactions. You’ll find us championing transparency, celebrating successes, and helping each other grow, whether you’re sharing a lunch break in Al Nahyan or collaborating on closing a big project.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and nurturing relationships with buyers, sellers, and tenants across Abu Dhabi
  • Managing a personal portfolio of listings and guiding clients through the entire sales lifecycle
  • Conducting market research to provide clients with up-to-date insights and investment advice
  • Negotiating offers skillfully to support client goals — and hitting those all-important sales targets
  • Coordinating property viewings (sometimes at short notice — flexibility is key!)
  • Staying the course even when deals get complicated or clients get cold feet
  • Keeping CRM records accurate, updated, and as tidy as your own inbox
  • Collaborating with your teammates to share leads, strategies, and maybe even a few jokes

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales (ideally in the UAE market)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding targets — and loving the rush that comes with it
  • Strong time management and the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Currently based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi location is a bonus)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Fluency in Arabic or other languages commonly spoken in Abu Dhabi
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or property portals
  • A personal network in the local real estate scene

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive commission structure — your hard work really pays off
  • Supportive team environment (with mentoring, regular check-ins, and plenty of high-fives)
  • Modern, welcoming office space in Al Nahyan
  • Access to industry-leading tools and up-to-the-minute market data
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development
  • Celebratory lunches when you smash your targets — yes, we mean it
  • Flexible hours: we know property doesn’t always stick to a 9–5 schedule
  • Recognition for standout performers (think monthly shout-outs, not just an email blast)

Here, genuine teamwork and personal ambition go hand-in-hand. If you’re ready to move your real estate career forward and enjoy the journey along the way, come and join us in Abu Dhabi.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you walk us through a recent real estate transaction you managed from initial client contact to closing? What challenges did you encounter, and how did you overcome them?
  • How do you stay informed about property trends and market shifts in Abu Dhabi, and how do you use that knowledge to advise your clients?
  • Tell us about a time when you had to negotiate terms between two parties with very different priorities. What strategies did you use to reach a win-win outcome?
  • What CRM systems or property portals are you most comfortable working with, and how have they helped you stay organized or close deals more efficiently?
  • Describe a situation where a client began to hesitate close to finalizing a deal. What steps did you take to rebuild trust and address their concerns?
  • How do you typically build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and tenants in a competitive market?
  • Our team values hitting ambitious sales targets. Could you share some tactics or routines you’ve developed to consistently meet or exceed your own goals?
  • Flexibility is important in coordinating property viewings and responding to client needs. Can you give an example of how you adapted your schedule or approach to meet tight deadlines?
  • In our culture, we believe successes are best celebrated as a group. How do you approach collaboration with teammates, especially when sharing leads or strategies?
  • What appeals to you about working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment like ours, where everyone supports each other’s growth?
  • How do you handle stressful periods with multiple deals in motion and demanding clients, while still maintaining high standards of service?
  • Building a network is key in real estate. How have you expanded your connections in the local market, and how has this positively affected your results?
  • If you’re not fluent in Arabic, how have you adapted your communication style to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds in Abu Dhabi?
  • Describe something you’ve done outside of your regular sales role that has contributed to your previous team’s culture or morale.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

You should expect a salary of at least 6,000 to 10,000 AED per month as a base for Sales Executive roles in real estate in Abu Dhabi, with many positions offering additional commission on closed deals. Experienced agents with a strong track record often command higher packages, especially if you bring local market expertise and an existing client network. Be sure to clarify whether the offer includes a fixed salary, a commission-only structure, or a mix of both, as this is common in real estate roles in the UAE.
