About the Company
Here, we see real estate as more than just transactions; it’s about community and relationships. Our office is buzzing with energy (helped along by some excellent Arabic coffee), and we genuinely enjoy swapping stories at the end of the workday. We’re a close-knit team, excited about the growth happening around Abu Dhabi, and we take pride in helping both property owners and clients navigate the ever-evolving market. Support, transparency, and a shared drive for results — that’s our everyday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reaching out to property owners and sparking meaningful conversations about potential collaborations
- Clearly explaining our company’s services, making sure everyone understands the value we bring
- Listening to owners’ needs and questions — then, tailoring solutions
- Keeping thorough notes on calls and meetings to make follow-ups easy and effective
- Coordinating with the rest of our team to make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks
- Occasionally representing our company at local meetups, networking events, or industry gatherings
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills — both in person and over the phone
- Professional demeanor and genuine empathy when dealing with clients
- Ability to organize and track multiple ongoing conversations
- Fluent Arabic (spoken and written)
- Holder of own visa and ability to work in Abu Dhabi
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or client services
- Background in client coordination or a customer-facing role
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi property scene
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Flexible, part-time hours that respect your work-life balance
- Office located on Khalifa Street — right where the city’s buzz meets local comfort
- Supportive colleagues who are always ready to lend a hand (or share a snack)
- Opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic segment of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market
- Diverse team with a shared sense of mission and mutual respect
- Room to turn ideas into action — we welcome input from everyone
It’s not just about the job; it’s about joining a community where your voice matters. If you’re ready to help shape our next chapter, we can’t wait to meet you.
