About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you someone who enjoys making connections and bringing people together for a common goal? We’re looking for a part-time Property Relations Coordinator to join our vibrant real estate team in Abu Dhabi, right on Khalifa Street. This isn’t just about matching properties and paperwork — it’s about building real trust with property owners and introducing them to opportunities they might not have considered. If you’ve got a knack for conversation and a passion for property, this might be your perfect next step.

About the Company

Here, we see real estate as more than just transactions; it’s about community and relationships. Our office is buzzing with energy (helped along by some excellent Arabic coffee), and we genuinely enjoy swapping stories at the end of the workday. We’re a close-knit team, excited about the growth happening around Abu Dhabi, and we take pride in helping both property owners and clients navigate the ever-evolving market. Support, transparency, and a shared drive for results — that’s our everyday.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to property owners and sparking meaningful conversations about potential collaborations
  • Clearly explaining our company’s services, making sure everyone understands the value we bring
  • Listening to owners’ needs and questions — then, tailoring solutions
  • Keeping thorough notes on calls and meetings to make follow-ups easy and effective
  • Coordinating with the rest of our team to make sure no opportunity slips through the cracks
  • Occasionally representing our company at local meetups, networking events, or industry gatherings

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Clear, confident, and friendly communication skills — both in person and over the phone
  • Professional demeanor and genuine empathy when dealing with clients
  • Ability to organize and track multiple ongoing conversations
  • Fluent Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Holder of own visa and ability to work in Abu Dhabi

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in real estate, property management, or client services
  • Background in client coordination or a customer-facing role
  • Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi property scene

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Flexible, part-time hours that respect your work-life balance
  • Office located on Khalifa Street — right where the city’s buzz meets local comfort
  • Supportive colleagues who are always ready to lend a hand (or share a snack)
  • Opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic segment of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market
  • Diverse team with a shared sense of mission and mutual respect
  • Room to turn ideas into action — we welcome input from everyone

It’s not just about the job; it’s about joining a community where your voice matters. If you’re ready to help shape our next chapter, we can’t wait to meet you.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Can you share an experience where you successfully built trust with a property owner or client, especially in a challenging situation?
  • How would you approach starting a conversation with a property owner who isn’t actively looking to collaborate or sell?
  • In your previous roles, how have you managed to organize and keep track of multiple ongoing conversations and follow-ups?
  • Imagine a property owner seems hesitant about our company’s services. What strategies would you use to clearly communicate our value and address their concerns?
  • Abu Dhabi’s real estate market is always changing—how would you stay current with market trends and use that knowledge when interacting with property owners?
  • Tell us about a time when you coordinated with a team to ensure that a business opportunity was not missed. What role did you play?
  • Sometimes conversations with clients don’t go as planned. Can you walk us through how you handle objections or rejections professionally?
  • Describe a situation when you had to adapt your communication style for different clients or stakeholders. What was the outcome?
  • We place a lot of value on notes and documentation. How do you ensure that your records are thorough and helpful for the rest of the team?
  • This role occasionally involves representing us at local events. How would you introduce our company and engage with new contacts in these situations?
  • Our team enjoys collaborating and sharing ideas. Can you give an example of how you’ve contributed to a positive and supportive work culture?
  • What motivates you to work in real estate, especially in a community-focused environment rather than a purely transactional one?
  • How do you maintain a balance between being persuasive and being genuinely attentive to clients’ needs?
  • If you could suggest one improvement to how property relations are handled in a real estate office, what would it be—and why?
